TEDDY ADOPTED 11/25/12 LIVING FOREVER FREE IN PA
Before Teddy was rescued he lived his life in his crate. When our little white fluff ball of pure sweetness was allowed out of the crate he was always muzzled. His previous owners did NOT break the spirit of our little guy. He is still as happy and calm as can be. He lives with his new mommy and daddy and has human and dog siblings.
Teddy Bear! Our newest member to the bear family we have! As soon as we saw him, we knew that we had to give him the middle name Bear. This baby is a bichon/shih tsu mix, about 1.5 years old, deliciously fantastic, and hypoallergenic! He came to Twenty Paws as an owner surrender. This poor boy lived his life either locked in a cage or muzzled. Why muzzled? Good question! How about because his former ‘owner’ did not, for their personal reasons, want to work with Teddy on his chewing. Thus, because he was bored, crated all day, never taught better, and never taught where to appropriately channel his chewing desires and energy, the answer was to muzzle the poor boy when he was allowed out of the crate. Teddy Bear is a great young boy that only needed the tiniest bit of direction! He listens so well. All he ever asked for was patience. Well he finally got that when Twenty Paws’ team took him in and placed him in an amazing temporary foster home. So, chewing is no longer an issue! Teddy vows to love you forever. He also has a great reputation as the playful fun loving Teddy among his canine friends. Of course with a name like his, he loves children as well.
