Yeti is a 5ish year old 66lb Irish wolfhound mix. A gentle big boy, Yeti is initially quiet and reserved. Once comfortable, which does not take too long, his true personality emerges. Yeti blossoms into a scruffy fluffy confident bundle of love. Our boy becomes easy-going, goofy, and smiley.
He is cat and dog friendly, loves making new friends, and adores humans. In the morning and when you come home, Yeti joyfully greets you. After a nice long walk, Yeti loves to flop down on his bed for a nice siesta. A cautious and smart young man, Yeti is very picky with his new toys and treats. He welcomes you to his lifelong quest, finding a toy or treat that piques his interest.
Yeti is housebroken, crate trained, and perfect for any living situation. He loves to lay by your side, cuddle with the house plants, and tip toe around. Outside, this boy is a super star. He loves to be outside, we are working on some leash pulling, and enjoys greeting all the passersby with impeccable manners.
Yeti was abandoned by his former humans. They tied him to a pole in the early morning hours on the coldest day of the winter. It is a miracle he survived the icy temps.
