When you meet Jeffrey, you are in the presence of the smallest homecoming king there is! This 12 year old freckled stud might be full figured, but he gets around in all social circles. The doggy popularity contest loves him for who he is! We humans should take notes.
Jeffrey was rescued from the NYACC. Since entering his foster home, he is working on getting into a healthier weight range so he can continue living a happy life and enjoy outside time even more. Jeffrey loves other dogs, cats, and humans. He’s a social boy!
