Well, let us tell you what situation the officers walked into. The found Cookie Bear running up to each child and kissing their faces! He could not get enough of them! The entire time this ‘dog at large’ was sweet, gentle, and smiling. He made such an impression on the officers that they could not bare to bring him to the city shelter; and, instead, called us! We are thrilled that they did. Cookie Bear and his large cranium are show stoppers everywhere they go. His yellow/green eyes are enchanting and suck you in!
