MARCIE ADOPTED 4/7/13 LIVING FOREVER FREE IN MA
This was a bittersweet adoption for TPR, his surrendering family, and his new family. Marcie’s former family surrendered him to our rescue to give him a superior life. This is a genuine story of love and compassion for a dog; one we should not pass judgment on. Marcie was having trouble getting along with one of his fur siblings. Because of that and personal issues the owner was having trouble caring for him properly. When the former owner stepped out of the car with Marcie his exquisiteness actually took my breath away for a moment (the dog not the owner) He galloped over to us with love in his heart and confusion in his eyes. While all parties involved are sincerely heartbroken for Marcie’s former family (lots of tears from all of us), we are jumping for joy at the prospect of his future. I watched his new family instantly fall in love with Marcie. We were all comforted watching Marcie and his new family interact. Marcie and his new family are going to live an amazing life together forever. His new family PROMISED to keep in touch with his former family for the life our Marcie now named Marco. My heart was overflowing with love on Sunday being a part of this adoption. Thank You Ladies and Theo!!!
Marc came to Twenty Paws as an owner surrender. This gorgeous boy’s former home purchased him from a breeder. He is a 9-month-old male purebred standard poodle. At the moment, he does not get along with one of his foster siblings and needs to be rehomed immediately. We are looking for an adopter for this stunning young gentleman. Marc prefers to be the apple of your eye and your constant companion. He vies for your love and affection as anyone deserving of a loving warm home should. Marc does well with all humans and does well with cats. If you have a dog in the home, he would do well with one that does not compete for your attention and love. Thus, he should either be the only dog or live with a laid back docile pooch. Marc thrives on a one on one environment and he is amazing with humans. Marc is neutered, vaccinated, and house and crate trained.
