CHELSEA ADOPTED 8/8/12 LIVING FOREVER FREE IN CT!
From having her puppies stolen from her and then dumped in NYC alone in the summer heat, to good samaritans calling us to rescue her, to a wonderful foster home, Twenty Paws presents another happy ending! Chelsea has found her forever with her foster mommy and daddy! We LOVE foster failures!!! We are so happy for her new parents and their new lovely addition! Chelsea is really outshining all the other doggies in the area with her glowing smile and unbreakable spirit! ♥
Chelsea is a gem of a girl. She is about 2 years old and special as can be. Named after the Chelsea section of Manhattan where she was discovered tied to a pole, this beauty shows boundless love and kindness. Still lactating, it is painfully obvious she recently had puppies, which for one reason or another were torn away from her. At the young age of 2, Chelsea is already a victim and a ‘throw away mom’. Throw away mom’s are used for constant breeding, robbed of their children too soon and quickly, and then discarded like a piece of rotten garbage when they are no longer lucrative. No living soul should ever have to experience or endure such abandonment and neglect. One kind woman took her in for the night but could not keep her for more than a day. Twenty Paws received the plea and could not resist Chelsea’s soulful human eyes. This angel visited the vet and received all vaccinations as well as a diagnosis of Demodex Mange, a treatable but highly painful and uncomfortable skin condition causing hair loss. Chelsea is expected to make a full recovery. Chelsea LOVES other DOGS and CATS! However, she especially loves human touch. She is a polite princess that wants you to be her life. Chelsea is currently in foster care and will be spayed as soon as she recovers from her pregnancy and mange. She is up to date on vaccinations and just too pretty for words.

FOSTER NEEDED ASAP!!! This is yet another dog tied to a pole! She ONLY has TONIGHT. She is NOT in our care. A wonderful woman sent us this plea. We are willing to rescue her and take her in; however, we NEED a FOSTER! We only have tonight! Please help us prevent her from going to NYACC!
NYC-more backyard breeders and throwaway mama alert! This doll was tied to a pole, emaciated, recently had pups… She is approx 2 yrs old. Great around other dogs, unsure about cats/kids will find out. She is in foster for tonight! Need placement tomorrow please dont let her go to the MACC!!!!
