AMBER ADOPTED 5/27/13 LIVING FOREVER FREE IN NY
Sweet baby Amber came to Twenty Paws last winter when she was just 3 months old. We couldn’t comprehend why this angel was not adopted and constantly passed over. Now, finally, we understand. Her perfect family just hadn’t found her yet. Well they discovered her at the Pet Expo and the rest is history. She’s a joy and love who now has her very own human best friend and partner in crime. Did we mention that she single handedly changed a member of the adoptive family’s perception of pitbulls? YAY AMBER and congratulations to her amazing family! As of 12/6/12 Amber is a 3 month old pit mix and weighs about 20 lbs. She is a super sweet little girl with a world of love to give. Always eager to please, Amber was a quick study in the art of potty training. She excelled and already looking at graduating with honors. Her original family got her when she was just 6 weeks old and then moved into a new home. Although she was loved, they did not have the time to care for her and didn’t want to have a puppy there to ‘mess’ up the home. Thus, they did the right thing and called a rescue to take her in! We were happy to! Amber is a pure delight and loves to romp around with other dogs, but also finds joy in precious cuddling with her human. This scholarly young girl shows a world of promise and potential, she really is a perfect puppy. Always cheerful, always looking to see what she can do to put a smile on your face, always ready to live you a good kiss. Please give her a chance!
