Phoenix is a stunning 2 year old, 55lb young hound mix rescued from a dog meat truck headed to the slaughterhouse. Unfortunately, his sadness did not end there. Once taken from the truck, Phoenix was placed in a shelter with over 3000 dogs! When our partners rescued him from the shelter, Phoenix was emaciated and terrified. Now, Phoenix is a shy, mild mannered, smiley, friendly, and healthy boy! He gets along with other dogs and is eager to please!
He will be on our first flight from China! We could not be more excited to have him with us!
